True reportage from the city. It's annoying view in town. And so it is all over the world, though a man dreams that in other cities is otherwise, is properly, clean and tidy. But this is UTOPIA, as you wrote in response to my post.
In Poland it is a popular a proverb: everywhere else is good, where there is no us.
And it reflects the core of all our dreams about other places on earth. UTOPIA ;-))
