I agree with you. When it rains - despite the nostalgic atmosphere - is so difficult to take pics. The SUN reveals colors, flavors, sounds... the ephemeral and magical moment is only possible when the divinal SUN gif us with its lordly light.
but I like to make photos experiments under rain and fog, Eccentricity, yes!!! ...principally with my new ^-^
