yes, Puerto Rico that rectangular island whose American 'domain' made the most prosperous in the Caribbean. We can not say the same for Cuba, for example. or San Domingo, Haiti, Panama, etc. All are poor, unhappy. European tourist like to visit then but American people only visit Puerto Rico. Native people say Puerto Rico is the heavenly garden of the USA. I just visited PR.
